Trilogy Analytical Laboratory is excited to share that our new Customer Portal is live!
The new online portal will be your one-stop resource for submitting samples, communicating with the laboratory and will allow you to access and download your results.
Trilogy's new customer portal is cloud-based so you can easily log onto your account from any device that has internet access.
Trilogy's Customer Portal will allow you to...
- Submit samples online
- View past sample submissions submitted via the portal
- View and manage multiple site locations/divisions
- View up-to-date sample statuses
- Communicate directly with laboratory regarding your samples
- View, download and print result reports
- View and download invoices
Getting Started
- Navigate to trilogylab.qbench.net
or enter the customer portal through the trilogylab.com homepage by following the prompts to Submit Samples.
- Login using unique email-specific credentials.
Note: If you’re a new user to the portal or this is your first time logging in, contact Trilogy at customerservice@trilogylab.com and/or
results@trilogylab.com to be added to our system.
After being set up in the system by Trilogy’s customer service team, you’ll receive a confirmation email that will contain a link to set your unique password.
Click the blue Log In To Customer Portal button.
